BBT Music License Agreement

This agreement outlines the rights granted when you purchase or download a music track or audio product from Brian “BBT” Turner.

Definitions

  • Licensed Track:The audio file or music purchased or downloaded.
  • Licensor: Brian B. Turner.
  • Licensee: The individual or business purchasing the license.

Grant of Rights

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Track according to the license selected at the time of purchase.

Personal License

For personal, non-commercial content

  • Personal videos
  • Social media posts
  • Podcasts under 10,000 monthly listeners

Starting at $49

Commercial License

For content that is monetized, branded, or used in business or client work.

  • Monetized videos
  • Advertisements
  • Branded content
  • Podcasts with more than 10,000 monthly listeners

Starting at $199

Exclusive License

Grants the Licensee exclusive, perpetual rights.

  • The Licensed Track will be removed from the store and will never be licensed to any other party.

Starting at $999 

Permitted Uses

Licensee may use the Licensed Track in:

  • Videos, podcasts, advertisements, reels, and presentations
  • Public performances (live or virtual)
  • Streaming platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, or Apple Podcasts
  • Internal business content and education

Restrictions

Licensee may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or relicense the Licensed Track
  • Use the Licensed Track in defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the Licensed Track
  • Include the Licensed Track in any “sound pack,” template, or downloadable asset for resale

Ownership & Copyright

  • Licensor retains full ownership of all music and audio content.
  • Licensee receives only the specific usage rights granted under the purchased license

Disclosure: All tracks are original works created using a blend of AI tools and personal production. The license you purchase defines the rights you receive.

Payment & Delivery

  • Full payment is required before delivery. Once payment is received, Licensee will receive:
  • A download link to the audio file
  • A copy of this License Agreement

Limitation of Liability

  • Licensor is not responsible for claims arising from Licensee’s use of the Licensed Track outside the scope of this Agreement.

Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Entire Agreement

  • This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Licensor and Licensee regarding the Licensed Track
  • By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
